The Courtyard
Florida living is best enjoyed outdoors, and Trop Rock Inn is designed accordingly. Guests can enjoy multiple outdoor seating areas, tropical landscaping, fire pit, and spaces intended for conversation, relaxation, and entertainment.
The gazebo serves as the property’s signature gathering place. Whether enjoying morning coffee, afternoon refreshments, or an evening under the lights, guests can experience the relaxed atmosphere that defines the Trop Rock lifestyle.
The Bedrooms
Three uniquely styled bedrooms capture the relaxed spirit of coastal Florida. Tropical accents and comfortable furnishings create a peaceful retreat where guests can unwind after a day spent exploring the Space Coast or relaxing at the beach. Additionally, the Music Studio has a sleeper sofa that can accommodate "extra members of the band," and if you are so inclined, there is even an RV hookup in the Courtyard.
The Private Suite
Connected directly to the Beach Bedroom, the Private Suite can be closed off from the rest of the house, creating a comfortable, self-contained retreat with its own separate entrance, living area, kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry. It's ideal for guests who want a little more privacy or extra space while still being part of the Trop Rock Inn experience.
The Music Studio
For the amateur singer-songwriter, connect with a professional recording engineer to create that song you’ve always wanted to write. For established artists, bring the band—and your laptop—and settle into our cozy, beach-vibe, sound-treated studio, designed and outfitted by TRMA award winner Dave Freeman. Plug in, collaborate, record, and bring your next song to life.

The music studio is available to guests staying at the Trop Rock Inn and may also be rented separately when the Inn isn't occupied. Professional recording engineering is available by arrangement, or artists can bring their own recording setup.
